Merchandise to be returned for refund must have written permission obtained in advance.
A return authorization must accompany all merchandise to ensure proper credit is given.
Please e-mail to customerservice@powersawards.com for this authorization. The item must be in
resaleable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Merchandise that has been
engraved cannot be refunded.
If merchandise has been damaged in shipping, claims must be made with the courier.
Please keep original shipping boxes for inspection.
If you receive merchandise that contains defects or there is a Spelling error,
e-mail to customerservice@powersawards.com
and a replacement will be shipped.
