Do you offer Discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on orders of $300.00 or more. If your total is $300.00 or
more before tax and shipping, you will automatically receive a 5% discount.
How long will it take before I receive my award?
At powersawards.com, our goal is to ship your award within 3-4 days. Once we
receive your order we will begin working on it immediately. As soon as your order
is shipped, we will e-mail you an order confirmation and a UPS tracking number.
How much is the engraving going to cost?
The engraving on everything we sell is included. You may add as much engraving as you
like, the only limitation is the size of the award. Trophies can have 3 lines of
engraving with approximately 25 characters on each line. Plaques can accommodate
many lines of engraving. Acrylic and glass awards can accommodate 4 to 8 lines of
engraving depending on the size and shape of the award. Picture frames have
limited engraving space.
What if I want to add a logo or have special instructions?
You may send the black and white artwork of your logo to
artwork@powersawards.com. Please send good
quality artwork because the image that you send will be the image we will use on
your award. Any special instructions that you have may be sent to
specialinstructions@powersawards.com.
We will incorporate your ideas into the design of your award.
How much is the shipping charge?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping to all addresses in the continental U.S.
for orders totaling $150 or more before tax. If your order is less than $150,
the shipping and handling charge for UPS Ground is $9.50.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Please read all about your shipping
options below. Also, please note that all express deliveries require a signature
when delivered.
What if there is a problem or misspelled word?
Please e-mail customerservice@powersawards.com
immediately. We will work with you to correct the problem. If there is a spelling error
on a trophy, a new engraved plate will be sent to you immediately. Once the corrected
plate arrives, just peel off the old plate and attach the new one. There is no need to
send the whole trophy to us. If the error is on glass, acrylic or a plaque, a new award
will be shipped. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
